Estou com o mesmo problema!
Baixei o Joomla no site oficial e descompactei em meu pc. Criei uma pasta no server (/joomla), além do BD e USER no Cpanel. Fiz upload dos arquivos para a pasta /joomla, mas ao acessar o path para iniciar a instalação, recebo o seguinte erro:

Pchardnet, fui nos logs do servidor, pelo Cpanel (page log), mas não encontrei nada relacionado ao meu problema.
Alguém tem alguma dica? Pesquisei em muitos fóruns, encontrei muitas pessoas com a mesma dúvida, mas nenhuma resposta.
