Erro 404

Boa tarde pessoal,

Desenvolvi um site fantastico, estava finalizando, mas infelizmente houve um erro que nao consigo conrrigi-lo, não mexi em nada para acontecer esse erro.
segue o erro abaixo:

Esse erro aparece sempre quando entro no localhost, conecto o wampserver, depois clico em localhost e aparece essa mensagem de erro.

wampserver da problema com o joomla, utilize o xampp que é garantido não ter problema, esse erro é tipico do wampserver + joomla
