Problemas de login no portal

Boa tarde amigos, estou fazendo um portal e agradeço muito por existir esta comunidade que facilita muitas coisas.

Espero que alguém possa me tirar esta dúvida.

No portal, entro na administração tranquilamente. Mas não consigo me logar no portal. No fórum (smf) eu só entro se clicar em login, mas não entro pelo quick login que fica logo que se entra no fórum.

aparece o seguinte erro nos dois casos:

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

Technical Information (for support personnel)

    * Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
    * Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.


Uso Joomla em português, o último que indicaram aqui antes do 1.0.10

Gostaria de resolver isso antes que libere pra alguém se registrar.
