Não consigo instalar extensions ? por fafor me ajudem.

Boa noite amigos acabo de instalar o Joomla 1.5 porem quando começo a configurar, logo quando tendo instalar a tradução me deparo com o seguinte erro: Vou em EXTENSIONS, INSTALL e em qualquer sub opção...
