problema com phocaguestbook

Estou tendo um problema com o phocaguestbook, depois de instalado quando clico em item ou guestbook ele da alguns erros, são eles:

no site do desenvolvedor explica como solucionar este probema, mas não consegui entender como resolver isto e o estranho é que coloquei o mesmo guestbook no site de um cliente e funcionou ok, alguém pode me ajudar?
