PHP register_globals setting is `ON` instead of `OFF`
Joomla! RG_EMULATION setting is `ON` instead of `OFF` in file globals.php
`ON` by default for compatibility reasons

Já tentei configurar o CMOD no servidor, mas não adiantou...alguém tem uma dica??

Eu preciso baixar o arquivo e mudar no bloco de notas? Mudei pelo editor do Cpanel e o site saiu do ar...

Fique atento se seu server API é CGI ou Apache...
