Problema de permissão no joomla 1.5

Caríssimos,
Não sei por qual motivo o meu joomla não aceita mais nenhum tipo de instalação. Alguém me acuda por favor.
Aparece o erro abaixo:
PS: Já dei 777 em tudo e mesmo assim, nada.
