Erro de template Electron no SMF 1.1 RC2 [ Undefined index , copyright ]

Estou tendo um problema para instalar o tema em meu forum SMF. Depois de instalado o tema Electron [ http://themes.simplemachines.org/index.php?lemma=67 ] aparece alguns erros. o Pior deles, é que fica um erro horrivel no topo de cada página do joomla, independente se não é a do forum:

Além disso, aparece um outro erro grande, bem no lugar aonde deveria aparecer os direitos do SMF dizendo

"Sorry, the copyright must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of SMF!"

E eu não alterei a template Electron do SMF para deixar de ter o copyright!

Alguém sabe como resolver isso?
